Refund and cancellation policy
The refund and cancellation process is subject to the policy and management of the AppsRento platform, and AppsRento reserves the right to change these policies constantly. Therefore, please review these policies before subscribing and on an ongoing basis:
- A request to cancel the subscription to the service can be made within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date and time of completing the payment.
- The subscriber can request to upgrade the service package for the same product to a higher package at any time, with paying the difference according to the type of the current package.
- When the subscriber wishes not to renew the service, the subscriber must send a request to stop the renewal and request a copy of the customer’s data at least 15 days in advance through the link/email.
- In the event that the first condition is met, the amount will be returned to the subscriber within 30 days from the date of approval of the return.
- The subscriber can request to downgrade the subscription to a lower package at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription.
